When does my key arrive?

Your licence key is issued automatically when PayPal confirms the payment, and is emailed to the address on the order. In normal conditions that is within a minute. The email contains the key itself and the download link for the product you bought.

How to activate

Download and install the product, open it, and enter the licence key when prompted. The licence runs for 365 days from the moment you activate it, not from the date you bought it — so there is no penalty for buying now and installing later.

The key email has not arrived

Check the spam or junk folder first; a message containing a licence key is a common false positive. If it is not there, contact support with the email address and the order number from your PayPal receipt, and we will resend it. Do not buy a second licence.

Using the 15-day trial first

Every product has a free 15-day trial, downloadable from Zillya’s own servers. The trial is the full product. If you decide to buy, you do not need to reinstall — enter the licence key in the copy you already have.

Renewals and transfers

Licences do not auto-renew: when the year is up, buy another licence and enter the new key. If you need to move a licence to a different machine, contact support first.
